  5. Family Interview and Student Entrance Exam

Once the above steps have been completed, you will be contacted to schedule a family interview. We request that both parents and the applying student(s) attend the interview. If someone other than a parent will be teaching student(s) on the satellite days, they will also be required to attend the family interview.

The goal of this meeting is to ensure that the fit between your family and Providence Preparatory Academy is satisfactory so that this educational choice is a positive one for your family. Any final questions or concerns you may have will be addressed at this time.

An entrance exam will also be scheduled for your child. The purpose of this screening is to determine if Providence will be a good fit academically for the student and to determine placement. Please note that the Providence Administration makes the final decision regarding academic placement of each student. The placement decision is not a reflection of the student's intellect or worth. These decisions are not made lightly and are prayfully determined with the best interests of the school and child in mind.
